Dear Strato customer,
Here at SpinifexIT we’ve made a number of improvements to the Strato Suite, our latest solution focused on helping you maximize your SAP and other IT investments. In our new version, Strato 1.19, to be released starting today for preview , we’ve substantially enhanced the Strato Storage functionality - and this is only the first of a number of major new features that we’ll deliver over the coming months.
The new improvements in Strato 1.19 support efficient compliance with legislative and data privacy requirements, and solution upgrades that improve speed, security, and user experience.
Strato 1.19 will go live starting July 9, 2022. View the release notes here.
We have continuously improved the Strato Storage functionality since its initial release in 1.16.
Strato Storage helps organizations to safely and securely upload and store documents in a dedicated server which makes document retrieval much faster. Rather than requesting and generating a document every time it is required, documents stored in Strato Storage are pre-generated, readily available, and can be embedded into each employee’s profiles for easy access.
Strato Storage is compatible with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Talent, and Employee Central. It has a full integration with Strato Documents and Strato Automate which makes embedding it into your existing Strato investment just a button click away.
In this release, we’ve added more measures to integrate Strato Storage across automated workflows, make finding documents easier, and improve its global and local legislation compliance in terms of document validity and retention.
Improve your documents' data privacy compliance
The documents of employees with pending claims, disputes or litigation concerns can be put on Legal Hold within Strato Storage. This means, these documents can still be accessed as part of the due process to provide the employee’s / organization’s needed documentation even when the employee's employment has been terminated.
DID YOU KNOW: In compliance with the GDPR, Strato Administrators can also include document expiration dates and validity rules to automatically archive or delete sensitive employee documents! This feature has been available since 1.18.
A better way to enumerate multiple clauses in your document
Previously, Strato could only enumerate document clauses using a conventional numbering system (1, 2, 3, 4...). With this new release, document designers can enumerate clauses and add sub-clauses (4, 4.1, 4.1.1) while applying business rules to show/ hide specific content.
This comes in handy when creating contracts and other legal documents that require multiple stipulations.
Customize your forms within Strato (Alpha)
Go beyond uploaded PDF forms! With Strato Forms, template designers can create, send and store applicant profile questionnaires, employee satisfaction surveys, and more without relying on external solutions to compile, collate, and report on their data and results.
All this and more will be included in Strato 1.19.
